Key Functions:

• Awareness activities about different laws, provisions, schemes and projects relating to Child Protection and Child Rights for stakeholders.
• Development of course material and organise child rights literacy programmes for various sections of society & promote awareness about safeguards available for protection of child rights
• Promote research advocacy and communication that is relevant to policy and issues centered on Child
• Research and publication- review of existing reading materials, policy contents and laws of Child Protection
• Serve as an active platform for initiating discourses on how implementation of children’s rights can take place
• Provide para legal, legal support and build awareness about children’s issues
• Coordination with Child Protection and Child Rights’ actors for prevention of forms of juvenile delinquency
• Publish papers, articles, booklets, journals, news-letters, bulletins, IEC material, etc.
• Organize trainings, seminars, workshops, conferences, public hearings and the like
• Involvement in all such activities independently or with the assistance of related agencies which enable centre to come close to vision and mission
